Cheese Fondue

Ingredients:

  • 2 Jonagold or Honeycrisp Apples
  • 1 cup Angry Orchard Crisp Apple Cider
  • 1 lb. shredded cheese
  • Corn starch
  • Loaf of French bread

Directions:

  • 1. Slice apples into fondue-sized pieces
  • 2. Cut loaf of bread into fondue-sized pieces
  • 3. Bring cup of Angry Orchard Crisp Apple to a boil
  • 4. Add shredded cheese and corn starch
  • 5. Stir until fully mixed
  • 6. Use sliced bread and apples to dip
  • 7. Serve with an Angry Orchard Crisp Apple
